Santiago Aníbal González Agüero is a member of the litigation team at FERRERE’s civil, commercial, and labor and social security department.

His professional practice involves civil, commercial and labor advice to local and international clients, as well as control and handling of litigation cases in the civil, commercial, labor and social security areas.

As a student, in 2009, he participated as representative of his Law School in the international commercial arbitration competition held by the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina).

From 2011 to 2014 he was assistant professor of Civil Procedural Law II in the degree program in law at the School of Law and Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción and, since 2014, has been full professor of Civil Procedural Law II at Universidad Americana (Paraguay).

In 2012 he collaborated on the edition of Paraguay’s Code of Civil Procedure in Código procesal civil de la República del Paraguay published by La Ley Paraguaya S.A.
