Natalia Dalenz is a member of the FERRERE international arbitration team and provides her professional services in analyzing and consulting on important investment arbitration processes administered by the PCA and ICSID, in addition to local institutions such as CAINCO and CNC.
Natalia is also a member of the FERRERE Banking and Finance team, where she advises local and transnational companies on cross-border banking and finance transactions involving multilateral development organizations.
She also heads up the Personal Data practice in Bolivia and has experience advising on matters of anticorruption and codes of conduct and business ethics.
Before joining the firm, Natalia collaborated at a prestigious international law firm in Padua, Italy, part of a European group of large firms, where she did law research in the field of international investment arbitration.
Natalia completed her graduate studies at Universitá degli Studi di Padova (Italy), with specialization in international arbitration.
She has published articles on arbitration in important legal reviews such as the UCB Law Review (a publication of Universidad Católica Boliviana). She has also published articles on the international law platform for academic and professional interaction Very Young Arbitration Blog (VYAB) for young people with an interest in arbitration. She writes articles specializing in personal data protection for international publications such as DataGuidance. She was a columnist for the digital newspaper Guardiana and writes law articles for the Status digital law platform.
As part of her community activities she has been a member of the Art Shapers association, supporting emerging artists and new endeavors. She also leads social projects aimed at digital inclusion for the La Paz Hub of Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
