His professional practice is focused on corporate legal advice, capital markets, Banking and Finance Law, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining FERRERE, Hans worked as litigation lawyer, centering on the civil jurisdiction, and specialized in higher education studies. He then did a Doctoral Program in Law at Tohoku University in the city of Sendai, Japan, on a grant from the Ministry of Education of Japan, where he also was an instructor in the Spanish Department and professor of English at various institutions. He is currently in the process preparing his dissertation. He is also enrolled in the securities trader diploma program at the Asunción Securities Market (BVPASA).

He graduates with honors from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
