Darío Capurro is a member of FERRERE’s corporate and labor department in Paraguay.
His practice includes advice on corporate and commercial law. He has participated in corporate acquisitions, due diligence procedures, and loan transactions involving international credit organizations. In the labor and social security area he provides comprehensive legal advice to local and international clients.
Darío also assists energy sector companies in international public contracting processes.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, and is licensed to practice the profession both in Spain and Paraguay. His experience includes having worked in Madrid for a Spanish firm, as well as in the Intellectual Property area of the Government Attorney’s Office of Paraguay.
