His practice includes legal and regulatory advice on company installation, launching of projects and product lines, representation arrangements, distribution models, contracts, merger and acquisition processes, public tenders, and other transactions related to those sectors.

On a day-to day basis he participates in representing clients in their relations with regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Health, the Cannabis Regulation and Control Institute, the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fishing, etc.

He regularly advises some of the markets most well-recognized laboratories and companies, including Abbott, AbbVie, BASF, Bayer, Ecolab, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, Novartis, Red Bull, Sanofi, and Siemens, among others.

From 2018 to 2020 he was Adjunct Professor of Company Law at Universidad ORT (Uruguay).
