Antonella Llamas

Antonella Llamas is a member of the Labor and Social Security team at FERRERE

Her practice involves daily counseling for local and international companies on labor issues, as well as control and management of administrative proceedings with regulatory authorities.

Antonella participates on complex issues related to human resources, personnel management, compliance with regulatory requirements and preparation of contracts, termination of employment agreements, and due diligence for international firms interested in buying local businesses.

  • Specialization in University Teaching from the Graduate School of Law, Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, and is a graduate of the Magistracy Council’s Judiciary School.

  • Diploma in canon law from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
