She is experienced in providing corporate advice to local and international companies on matters including contracts, employment termination, disciplinary actions, due diligence procedures, employment contract suspensions and labor agreement negotiations, among others.

Adriana has professional experience in both the private sector, as attorney with a law firm, and the public sector, where she worked at the Civil Division of the Supreme Court of Justice, collaborating on drafting agreements and decisions. In 2019 where was an assistant professor in Civil Procedural Law I at the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

Adriana graduated as Attorney from the Law School of Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay), with honors, in 2017. In 2018, she earned a degree as Notary Public from the same university, and as Specialist in University Teaching from the School of Philosophy of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

Adriana holds a specialization in Labor Law and Practice from Instituto Superior de Formación Tributaria, Comercial y Administrativa – FOTRIEM (Paraguay), where she was ranked top of her class.
